INFORMATIONS OF MAHKOTA DEWA
Mahkota Dewa fruit has been used in traditional medicine across the world for thousands of years. It is well known in traditional Chinese medicine as an anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-oxidant, and anti-bacterial.
Mahkota Dewa, a tree of the gods can grow as high as 3 meters or more with thick green leaves. The fruit will stick on the stem with a group or own. The fruit has a green color when it is still raw and will turn red while cooking. Mahkota Dewa fruits are small to medium and oblong in shape, averaging 3-5 centimeters in diameter. The inner flesh is white, fibrous, and watery and contains one to two brown poisonous seeds. Mahkota Dewa cannot be consumed raw, but when processed, it has a slightly sweet flavor. The flowers make a compound of two to four, with color from green to maroon.
While suitable for cultivation in pots, growth is better when the tree is planted directly into the ground. Use a well-draining media, such as a mixture of soil, compost, and sand in equal parts. The tree requires a lot of water in its first flowering phase.
